Proof of Our Collective Power

Because of the power Oregon AFSCME members have when we stand together, we had one of the most productive legislative sessions in recent memory. Through your proactive involvement, dedicated advocacy, and commitment to better working conditions for all Oregon workers, we were able to pass 17 pieces of legislation that impact workers from all across the state. 

Our focus this session was on creating safer working environments, building more equitable workplaces, and making Oregon a better place to work and live for all. Together, our solidarity and collective action brought us these victories, making incredible progress towards our goal of ensuring that every worker in Oregon is treated with dignity and respect.
